Moisture measuring of Bricks & roof tiles

In the production of bricks and roof tiles clay, loam and other ingredients get mixed and formed. As the water content is as well as important for the drying process as it is for burning the tiles, they are continuously monitored by ACO sensors. Based on the characteristics of the material it has been well proofed multiple times and for many years to integrate a compaction unit (here type TFM1) right after the screen feeder (or pan grinder) to achieve best possible results.
