Moisture measuring of Sawdust

Wood pellets are pressed from sawdust and wood chips.  They can be fired automatically to ensure comfortable warmth in the house.  To be able to press pellets, the raw material needs to contain a certain moisture. This moisture target can be achieved by drying or conditioning (moistening). ACO Sensors measure the residual moisture in real-time and enable a fast and exact way to control the drying or conditioning process. The measuring could be realized by using our bypass screw compaction unit called SFM4 with integrated ACO sensor (hidden at the bottom side of the compaction unit).
