Moisture measuring of Gypsum fiber boards

The moisture of these gypsum fiber boards are determined after dryer. The conveyor leads the gypsum fiber boards over three ACO sensors that have been installed side by side. Because of the small and constant separation between the sensor's surface and the boards it is possible to measure without contact. Another advantage: Based on the position of the sensor it is possible to measure different thicknesses of gypsum fiber boards without the need of adaption.
